Kashf-ul-Mahjoob by Data Ganj Bakhsh

Kashf-ul-Mahjoob (کشف المحجوب), or Kashf al-Mahjub, is that the first ever Persian book written on the philosophy and practice of Tasawwuf (Islamic Sufism). The author Hazrat Sayyid Ali bin Usman Hajveri is a highly celebrated Sufi saint of Pakistan, often called Data Ganj Bakhsh. The book was written in Farsi, but has been translated in many other languages. In Urdu alone, there are quite a dozen translations. The presented edition is one among the simplest Urdu translations by Gulam Moin ud Deen Naeemi Ashrafi.
